Do you regularly send postcards to other agents letting them know about your new listings? It might read something like, “I just listed a home that your clients may be interested in.” You might be inclined to dismiss this as not worth the effort, but if you ask an agent what other agents they receive mail from, whether they read it or not, they’ll be able to tell you the names. This is another one of those things that will get you remembered because so few agents bother to do it.
