Thursday, August 30th, 2007After your deal closes or once your buyers don’t buy or your sellers don’t sell, provide them a questionnaire so they can give you feedback on what went right and what went wrong from their perspective. You can pretend any less than successful relationships were the fault of your clients if you want to, but you would be wise to listen to the answers you get and learn from them. It can only help you provide better service to future clients and make you a better agent.
