You can do it by price, condition, extras (like warranties, carpet allowance, etc.), or special financing terms. Tour every other house and ask yourself why anyone would want to buy yours. If you are unable to find enough good reasons, you can bet that nobody else will either. Make your house stand apart from the rest and make buyers feel they would be crazy to even consider one of the others.
